Loads of great stuff this week…(and yes we’re BACK!).
At the top of our list is Star Wars Invasion: Revelations #
3 – this book continues the Yuuzhang Vong tale…with the former princess coming face to face with her stepmom.
who is a Vong.
And no she didn’t know it. (nice cover eh?)
This revelations mini-series has been really well done so far with real characters, a tight plot and decent artwork.
While we like Invasion, it’s not a tremendous as the new Old Republic series which also returns this week.
The Lost Suns #4 puts us back into the heart of Sith space and no we haven’t got a clue why the son of the Grand Master of the Jedi, isn’t a Jedi — but he is the ‘lost son’.
Also from Dark Horse this week, we’re looking for DOLLHOUSE EPITAPHS #3 (OF 5) ; so far this has been a great series extending beyond the final epitaph episodes of Dollhouse. It’s not clear yet if Alpha and his ‘dolls’ will return the world to normalcy, but it is gr8 fun.
DC has a few interesting titles this week too. We’re looking at Legion Lost #1
Seven heroes from the 31st century have traveled back to the present day. Their mission: Save their future from annihilation. But when the future tech they brought with them fails, they find themselves trapped in a nightmarish world that, for them, is the ultimate struggle to survive!
Rounding out our list is Stan Lee’s Starborn #10 from Boom Studios, FARSCAPE #23 and WARLORD OF MARS #9
